How do I return an order placed online?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you have a period of 14 days, calculated as of the date of receipt, to return or change the item.
Steps to return goods:
- Open www.lenagnazeki.com and log in.
- Access “my orders” in your private area.
- Find the order containing the product which you wish to return and click on “Return products”.
- Check the product in the order which you wish to return..
- Select the reason for returning the product from the dropdown menu.
- Select the type of return: refund or exchange for another size or colour. If the return is because you wish to change the size or colour, select the model which you wish to exchange the item for from the dropdown menu which appears when you check the option.
- Click “Confirm return”.
Terms and conditions for returning items
- The return of garments which have been worn will not be accepted.
- The customer shall cover the shipping costs for returns for all reasons (change of colour, change of size, I don't like it any more, etc.) other than force majeure (e.g. damaged garment).
- The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, with its original label and packaging.
- The time limit for receipt must not exceed 14 days.
